Admin Left Column not showing properly

My web host recently changed the root address of my website which took my site down. I have got it back online by changing the config files but now my left column in admin only shows words, not boxes. Also when viewing an order the "invoice" "packing slip" "back" buttons only show words, not icons. I am guessing there is something else that needs updated to the new root address but I cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello all, I need help getting express payment buttons (Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Amazon Pay) to appear in my osCommerce v4 shopping cart. I’ve checked the Stripe module, but there is no payment method option in the osCommerce v4 admin area that allows me to select or enable express buttons for display in the shopping cart. Thanks

Changing the top section of the email template

I can modify the email body, from "Dear..." downwards, through the "Design and CMS" -> "E-mail template" section of the admin menu, but where can I change the part above that? The store name is displayed on the first line, and I need to change the link associated with it. For example, the link for the store name in the coupon notification email sent to customers leads to the admin URL. Similarly, the link for the store name in the email sent when the order status is updated also leads to the admin URL. These are just a couple of examples; I need to correct the URLs displayed in several emails. Please tell me where I can change these settings. Thanks!

Mapping Settings Tab Missing

I finally was able to get v4 installed. I uploaded oscb159.zip to my root directory where my old (v2.3.4) resides and unzipped. When I go into admin and Modules-Connectors-OSCommrce Connector Service there is only a Connections Settings tab. No Mapping or any other tabs.

Is OSC 4 still alive?

Hello, I need your help. I just installed the latest V4 version of OsCommerce available for download, and I’m experiencing the same issue that several other users have previously reported. When I click the “Customize” button for any theme, I receive the following message: “Some data from your network or your browser has changed. Some features will not work; please re-login to fix it.” I reviewed earlier cases and cleared the cache, but the problem persists. I have no additional applications installed, and the logs do not show any errors. Thanks in advance for any advice.

The shop link above the blue bar points to the admin side instead of the shop side. Any idea where to change this because it is not editable from the template, or is it in code files ?

Quotation Module?

The main wiki suggests that this is preinstalled but it’s not there. In the shop there is a discover quotation module but it can’t be accessed. Can someone clarify how I install the quotation module? Or suggest a workaround for customers? Thank you, Lorraine

UPS Module for OSC v4 stopped working

I received an email from a customer asking why we only offered Postal shipping in our OSC v4 store. Upon investigation yesterday (11/10) I discovered that my installed UPS module (United Parcel Service Shipping (UPS) Version 1.0.5) has stopped returning rates... Prior to Saturday or Sunday it had been working fine. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? If you experienced it and have solved the issue what did you do? Thanks in advance. BJ

Greetings, I'd like to ask for help in adding a reply-to field to outgoing messages from an older, modified osCommerce v2.2 RC2a shop. We've been using this for a long time and we are sticking to it due to all the modifications. I am not a programmer, I used "search for this replace that" method this far. The site has an option for unregistered customers to place an order through a contact form type page, that sends us their details, the cart content and their choice of shipping. We used to receive the orders as emails with the customer's email address as sender. However our recipient account started to mark such emails as spam (as our domain does not match the address entered as sender). It would be great if there was a reply-to field added, so we wouldn't have to copy-paste the customers email to the reply, just hit reply and send the message. I have this installed but whenever I try to use it to send a customer an internal message it will not allow the group to be selected. Therefore I can’t go further and communicate with customer internally. If I go to the extension it asks to upgrade but pressing update leaves the same message. Confused !?!? Should the module update? If so why won’t it? Is this why it won’t select a group or is there another problem? See screenshot. Please advise. Lorraine
