This manual explains how to view, configure, and manage sales prices in your store.

Begin with the video to get an introduction.

The manual below contains full instructions and tips.

1) Viewing Sales Price Information on the Product Page

  1. Go to the Edit Product page.
  2. Locate the Sales rules section (read-only).
    • Only the most recent sales price information is displayed here.
    • Sale information includes:
      • Status
      • Date range
      • Price

Possible Sale Statuses

  • Active – currently applied.
  • Scheduled – will activate automatically based on the start date.
  • Expired – no longer valid.
  • Manually Enabled – active regardless of dates.
  • Manually Disabled – inactive regardless of dates.

Note: Manually Enabled and Manually Disabled statuses ignore start and expiration dates.

2) Viewing and Adding Sales Prices

Click the Add link to:

  • See the full list of all sales prices.
  • Add new sales prices.

3) Configuring Restrictions

When creating or editing a sales price, you can set two optional restrictions:

  • Sell up to pcs. – total number of items that can be sold at the sale price (across all customers).
  • Max in 1 order – maximum number of items at the sale price allowed per order.

🔹 If the limit is exceeded, the standard product price will apply.

🔹 If no limitation is required, leave the field empty or enter 0.

4) Defining Sales Price Activation Rules

1. Choose one of the radio buttons:

  • Enable by date range (active immediately if no start date is set).
  • Force disable (price remains inactive regardless of dates).
  • Force enable (price remains active regardless of dates).

2. Enter the start and expiry dates if applicable.

Note: Sales price information on the Edit Product page is not updated in real time. If you add a new price (e.g., in a popup), reload the page to see the updated data.

5) Sales Tag

  • Sales tags depend on the site design.
  • Do not change sales tags unless the design/layout has been updated accordingly.

6) Managing Sales Prices via My Marketing Tools

You can also manage sales prices from:

Admin → My Marketing Tools → Sales
