This manual explains how to view, compare, and export sales statistics and purchase reports.
Steps to Access and Use Sales Statistics
- Access the Sales Statistics Section Go to Reports → Sales statistics in the admin area of your website.
- Choose Precision and Comparison Options
- Use the dropdown lists to select precision options (for example, daily, weekly, or monthly reporting).
- Use the calendar selectors to define the time period.
- If needed, select an additional month and year to compare.
- Check or uncheck the box for Product details to include or exclude product-level data.
- Select Order and Chart Options
- Use the dropdown lists to choose order-related filters (such as completed orders only).
- Check the boxes next to the charts you want to display, for example:
- Orders
- Tax
- Sub-Total / Total
- Shipping
- Amount Paid / Amount Due
- Apply or Reset Filters
- Click Update to refresh the data displayed.
- Click Reset to clear currently selected filters.
- Save a Filter Preset (Optional)
- Enter a name for the current filter configuration (for example, test).
- Click the Save button.
- The saved filter will then be available from the Sales statistics dropdown list for future use.
- Export Sales Statistics
- Choose the export format: CSV or XLS by selecting the corresponding radio button.
- Click the Export button to download the report.
Viewing Charts
7. Scroll Down to View Charts
Charts will display automatically based on the selected options.
The common chart categories include:
- Sales Daily Statistics
- Orders
- Tax
- Sub-Total and Total
- Shipping
- Amount Paid, and Amount Due
