This manual explains how to add, edit, and manage supplier details in your website’s admin area.

Use the manual to explore the functionality in detail.


1) Accessing Supplier Settings

  1. Access the admin area of your website.
  2. Navigate to Products/Catalogue → Suppliers tabs.

2) Managing Suppliers

Under this tab, you can:

  • Add a new supplier.
  • Edit existing supplier details.
  • Delete a supplier (if it is not set as the default).
  • Enable or disable supplier status (if it is not the default supplier).

3) Adding or Editing Supplier Details

When adding or editing a supplier, you can configure the following information:

  • Supplier name
  • Default delivery time (days) — from / to
  • Default tax rate (%)
  • Price with tax flag — yes / no
  • Additional fields: AWRS, Sage Code, Payment delay (days), Supply delay (days), Condition, and Condition description
  • Company details: Name, Tax/VAT ID, Contact name, Contact phone(s), Address
  • Associated currencies — one or several
  • Authentication data — Email and password

4) Setting Quantity Discounts and Price Formulas

For existing suppliers, you can define:

  • Quantity discounts (%)
  • Default price formulas, based on:
    • Currency
    • Cost range (from X to Y or “cost not less than”)
    • Cost, discount, surcharge, and margin values

You can also configure discount, surcharge, and margin settings individually.

  5) Final Step

After updating supplier information, save your changes and verify that the supplier list and settings display correctly.
