Installing Opayo Server by Elavon and Opayo by Elavon Modules for osCommerce 2.3 via Installer

This manual explains how to install the Opayo Server by Elavon and Opayo by Elavon payment modules on an osCommerce 2.3 website using the installer method.

Follow the steps below carefully to ensure a successful installation.


Installation Process:

1) Download the Installer File

1. Open the following link to access the installer file:

https://oscommerce.com/pub/opayo_v2x_install.php

2. Save the file opayo_v2x_install.php to your local computer.

2) Upload the Installer to the Server

1. Open your preferred FTP client.

2. Upload the opayo_v2x_install.php file to the public html (root) folder of your server.

3. Ensure that the file upload is completed successfully and the file is accessible.

3) Run the Installer

1. Open a web browser and navigate to the following address:

https://yourwebsite/opayo_v2x_install.php

2. Review the system requirements displayed on the page.

3. Confirm that all requirements are met.

By default, both modules are enabled for database connection.

4. Click the Install button to start the installation process.

5. Follow any on-screen instructions until the installation is completed.

4) Access the Admin Area

1. After installation, confirm that everything is configured correctly.

2. Click Go to admin area to configure module to proceed.

5) Verify Installed Modules

1. Log in to the admin area of your website.

2. Navigate to Modules → Payment.

3. Confirm that the following modules are listed:

  • Opayo Server by Elavon
  • Opayo by Elavon

4. Open each module to begin configuring its settings according to your business requirements.

By completing these steps, the Opayo Server by Elavon and Opayo by Elavon modules will be successfully installed on your osCommerce 2.3 website and ready for configuration and testing.
