Managing Address Formats

This manual explains how to manage and configure address formats in your website’s admin area to ensure correct structured address display for different countries.

1) Access the Address Formats Section

  1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
  2. Click on the Settings tab.
  3. Select Address Formats.

2) Work With the Address Format List

  • To add a new address format, click the New button.
  • To edit an existing address format, click on the + icon next to the required format.

3) Edit the Format Name

  1. Locate the address format that needs a name change.
  2. Click the pencil icon.
  3. Type the new name in the corresponding field.

4) Add Rows to an Address Format

  1. Select the format you want to modify.
  2. Click the New row button to create a new line for address data.

5) Add Address Fields to a Row

  1. In the panel above the list, locate the required address field.
  2. Drag and drop the field into the appropriate row.
  3. Available field options include:
    • Gender
    • First Name / Last Name
    • Street Address
    • Suburb
    • Postcode / ZIP
    • City
    • State
    • Country
    • Company Registration Number
    • Company Name
    • Company VAT
    • Customs Number
    • Telephone Number

This allows you to visually build structured address layouts based on country-specific rules.

6) Delete a Field

  • Click the trash can icon next to any field you want to remove.
