Managing Bonus Action Program

This manual explains how to manage and configure the Bonus Action Program on your website.

1) Open the Bonus Action Program Management Page

1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
2. Navigate to My Marketing tools → Promotions → Actions.
3. Manage the following options on this page:
   • Enable or disable the overall Bonus Action Program status.
   • Edit section titles for Account, Community, and Shopping.
   • Edit titles of individual points by clicking the appropriate link.
   • Switch each point on or off.
   • Update Points Awarded and Daily Limit Occasions by clicking the pencil icon next to the required point.

2) Bonus Program Settings

1. Navigate to Settings → Configuration → Bonus programs.
2. Click on any option to view its details, then click Edit to update it.

3) Configure Rule to Clear Bonus Points

1. Click Rule to Clear Bonus Points, then click Edit.
2. Choose the required option using the radio button.

4) Configure Overall Program Status

• Click Bonus Action Program Status, then click Edit.

• Switch the program on or off using the radio button.

5) Configure Bonus Points to Currency Coefficient

1. Click Bonus points to currency coefficient, then click Edit.
2. Switch this option on or off using the radio button.
3. If enabled, enter the required coefficient value.

6) Configure Transfer of Points to Credit

1. Click Transfer points to credit amount, then click Edit.
2. Enable or disable the setting using the radio button.

You have now finished managing the Bonus Action Program settings, and all changes are ready for use on your website.
