The Deficit Product Report helps administrators monitor and analyze orders that contain products with stock shortages. This guide explains how to install, configure, and use the report in your website’s admin area.

1) Installing the Deficit Product Report Module
- Log in to the Admin area of your website.
- Navigate to App Shop → Store.
- Use the Quick search function to find the Deficit Product Report module.
- Install the module by following the on-screen prompts.
2) Accessing the Report
- After installation, go to Reports → Product with deficit.
- The Deficit Product Report will be displayed in a table format.
3) Understanding the Report Table
The table includes the following columns:
- Name – name of the product with deficit.
- SKU – stock keeping unit of the product.
- Deficit – shows how many items are short in stock.
- On Orders – displays a number of such products in an order.
4) Working with Report Data
- Sorting:
- Sort the Name and SKU columns independently by clicking on ▲ or ▼ icons.
- Searching:
- Use the Quick search option to find deficit products by name.
- Record Display:
- For large datasets, adjust the number of records displayed per page by selecting a value from the drop-down list.
