This manual explains how to use the Error Log Viewer to access, search, manage, and download system error logs from your website’s admin area.
Start with the short video to get familiar.

1) Access the Error Log Viewer
- Log in to your website’s Admin area.
- Navigate to Settings → Tools → Error Log Viewer.
2) View Error Logs
The Error Log Viewer displays log records in a table with the following columns:
- File
- Size
- Last Modified
You can sort each column separately.
3) Search Logs
- Search logs by Backend, Frontend, or Console.
- Use the Quick search field to quickly locate specific logs.
4) Manage Logs
- Delete logs: Remove all logs or only selected ones.
- Download logs: Click Download all logs (zip) to save them locally.
- View logs: Open individual log files by clicking the View button.
- Delete individual logs: Remove a single log file if needed.
5) Work With Log Files
When viewing a log file, you can see:
- The exact date and time of the error.
- Error details in regular format or text format.
- For additional details, click the Details button.
- Use the Refresh button to display the most recent error data.
6) Sending Error Logs for Review
- If asked to provide error logs, click Download all logs (zip) and send the archive file (see previous screenshot).
- If you cannot access the Admin panel or cannot download the zip file, send these log files manually:
lib/frontend/runtime/logs/list.loglib/backend/runtime/logs/list.log
