Managing In Cart Stock Report

This functionality allows monitoring stock levels while products are added to customers' carts, but not yet ordered.

1) Install the Module

1. Log in to your website’s Admin area.

2. Go to App Shop → Store.

3. Use Quick search to find In Cart Stock Report.

4. Click Install.

5. Follow the prompts to complete the installation.

2. Access the In Cart Stock Report

1. Go to Reports → In Cart Stock Report.

2. Viewing Cart Activity in the Report

The system automatically tracks and displays information about products that customers have added to their shopping carts but have not yet ordered.

2.1 Quantity Updates

If a customer changes the quantity of a product in their cart, the updated quantity is automatically reflected in the report.

2.2 Deleted Products

If a customer removes a product from their cart (for example, the FURTEX products in this case), that product will no longer appear in the report.

2.3 Empty Cart

If the customer clears their cart completely, no data will be displayed in the report.

3. Review the Report Table

The report table includes the following columns:

  • Date (when the product was added to the cart)
  • Product quantity
  • Model
  • Product name
  • Warehouse
  • Customer name
  • Action (delete a data line if necessary)

4. Work with Report Data

  • Search → find products by name.
  • Group data → choose to group by product or by cart.

  • Export → click the Export to CSV button to download the report.
  • Release All In Cart Stock → click the button to clear all report data.
  • Records per page → adjust how many records are displayed by selecting a number from the drop-down list.
