Managing Low Stock Report

This manual explains how to monitor stock levels and generate reports on low stock items in your website’s admin area.

The manual below explains everything step by step.

1) Access the Admin Area

Log in to the admin area of your website, then navigate to App Shop → Store.

2) Install the Module

Use the Quick Search feature to find the Low Stock Report module.

Click Install to add it to your website.

3) Open the Low Stock Report

Once installed, go to Reports → Low Stock.

4) View the Report

The Low Stock Report is displayed in a table format featuring the following columns:

  • Brand
  • Products
  • Quantity Available
  • Model
  • 90 Day Sales
  • Estimated Stock

5) Sort Data

To organize the information, click the up or down triangle icons ▲▼ in the column headers.

Sorting is available for the following columns: Brand, Products, Quantity Available, and Model.

6) Export the Report

To export low stock data to a CSV file, click the Export button.

7) Search and Filter

Use the Quick Search field to quickly find specific products within the report.

8) Adjust Display Settings

For convenient work with a large number of products, set the number of records displayed per page by selecting a value from the drop-down list.

9) Confirm Report Accuracy

Verify that the exported report contains all the required product information and reflects the current stock levels accurately.
