Managing Order structure

This manual explains how to manage order structure modules in your website’s admin area, including how to edit, configure, and customize their visibility and restrictions for different sales channels, customer groups, and documents.

1) Access the Order Structure

  1. Log in to your website’s Admin area.
  2. Navigate to Modules → Order Structure.
  3. The Order Structure modules list will be displayed.

2) Order Structure Elements

Order structure modules may include:

  • Sub-total
  • Discount coupons
  • Gift wrap
  • Low order fee
  • Shipping
  • Credit amount
  • Shipping fee
  • Payment fee
  • Points redeemed
  • Subtotal for taxation
  • Tax
  • Total
  • Amount paid
  • Amount due
  • Amount refunded

3) Manage Order Structure Modules

On the Order Structure page, you can:

  • Assign modules to a specific sales channel.
  • Reorder modules using drag-and-drop.
  • Switch modules on or off with a toggle.
  • Remove modules from the list.
  • Use Quick search to find a specific module.
  • Import and export settings.
  • Display inactive or not installed modules.
  • Apply “All countries” settings.

4) Edit a Module

  1. Select a module from the list.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Configure the following options:
    • Sort order
    • Settings
    • Restrictions

5) Configure Module Visibility

Modules can be set to appear on different pages and documents:

  • Inc or Ex Tax
  • User account
  • Admin/Order
  • Checkout
  • Email/Order
  • Email/Quote
  • Email/Sample
  • Invoice

  • Shopping cart

6) Restrict Module Usage

  • Restrict modules by customer groups.
  • Restrict modules by order types.
  • Apply settings geographically by selecting the relevant countries.
  • Enable translation into the required languages.

7) Configure Additional Parameters

  • Depending on the module’s specifics, additional configurable parameters may be available.
  • These can be adjusted under the module’s Edit settings.
