Managing Pack Units
This manual explains how to install and use the Pack Units module to define product dimensions, packaging units, and carton-based pricing within the admin area of your website.

1) Installing the Pack Units Module
- Log in to the admin area of your website.
- Navigate to the App Shop → Store tabs.
- Use Quick Search to find the Pack Units module.
- Install the module on your website.

2) Accessing Product Packaging Settings
1. After installation, go to Products/Catalogue → Products (Brands/Categories).
2. Open the required product by clicking Edit.
3. Navigate to the Size and Packaging tab on the product editing page.
3) Configuring Product Size and Weight
1. In the Product size section, enter the product dimensions:
- Length
- Width
- Height
2. Enter the product weight in the corresponding field.
3. Select either the metric or English measurement system.
4. Review the volume weight, which is calculated automatically by the system.
4) Configuring Inner Carton Size
1. Locate the Inner carton size section.
2. Specify the units per pack quantity.
3. Enter the carton weight.
4. Enter the carton dimensions:
- Length
- Width
- Height
5) Configuring Outer Carton Size
1. Locate the Outer carton size section.
2. Define the packaging quantity.
3. Specify the units per pack quantity.
4. Enter the carton weight.
5. Enter the carton dimensions:
- Length
- Width
- Height
6) Setting Prices and Costs for Cartons
1. In the Inner carton size or Outer carton size section, click Set up Details.
2. In the pop-up window, choose one of the following pricing options:
- Use the base product price, or
- Set a manual price.
3. Enable or disable quantity discounts as required.
4. Save your settings to apply the pricing configuration.
By completing these steps, you can accurately define product dimensions, manage inner and outer packaging units, and configure carton-based pricing. This ensures consistent logistics, pricing, and inventory handling across your product catalog.
