Managing Plain Product Description Module

This manual explains how to install and configure the Plain Product Description module to improve product search results by enabling searches by brand, SKU, categories, attributes, and properties.

1) Access the Admin Area

Log in to the admin area of your website.

2) Install the Module

1. Navigate to the App Shop → Store tabs.

2. Use the Quick Search feature to find Plain Product Description module.

3. Install the module on your website.

3) Open Module Settings

1. Go to Modules → Extensions.

2. Locate Plain Product Description module.

3. Click Edit to open the module settings.

4) Configure Module Settings

1. In the Settings section, configure the following options:

2. Set Status to True to enable the module.

3. Enable Use in Backend to include this module in product searches when the Any option is selected.

4. Enter the Batch size value.

5. Enter the Lifetime value to define the number of minutes during which product changes are not rechecked.

6. Select the product fields to be used in backend searches.

7. Set the priority of the selected fields by dragging them up or down using the palm icon.

8. Click Update to save your configuration.

After completing these steps, the Plain Product Description module will be active and will enhance backend product search functionality across multiple product attributes.
