Managing Postal Codes

This guide explains how to add, edit, and manage postal codes in your website’s admin area. Using the Postal Codes settings, you can define location details and ensure accurate delivery and customer address validation.

1) Accessing Postal Codes Settings

  1. Log in to the Admin area of your website.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Locations → Postal Codes.

2) Managing Postal Codes

  • From this tab, you can:
    • Edit existing postal codes.
    • Add new postal codes.

3) Adding or Editing a Postal Code

When adding or editing a postal code, configure the following details:

  • Postcode – enter the postal code.
  • Suburb – specify the suburb (if applicable).
  • Town/City – choose the town or city.
  • Country – select the country from the list.
  • Zone/State – choose the appropriate zone or state.

4) Quick Search

  • Use the Quick Search feature to quickly locate postal codes by name.
