Managing Product Relocation

This manual explains how to create and manage product relocation between warehouses in your web store.

1) Module Installation

  1. Access the admin area of your website.
  2. Go to the App Shop and Store tabs.
  3. Use the quick search to find the Product Relocation module.
  4. Install the module on your website.

2) Accessing the Relocation Tool

  1. Navigate to Products/Catalogue > Products Relocate tabs.
  2. Click the Create Products Relocation button.
  3. On the warehouse selection page, choose the required warehouse (warehouse from which products must be relocated) from the drop-down list.
  4. Click the Select button.

3) Adding Products for Relocation

1. On the Product Details page, click the Add Product button.

2. In the pop-up window:

  • Select the desired product.
  • Click the >> button.
  • The product will appear in the right section of the window.

3. To remove a product, click the Bin icon.

4. Once finished, click the Add button.

4) Specifying Relocation Details

1. Indicate the quantity of products to be relocated by dragging the scroll to the required number.

  • While specifying the quantity, you can see the available stock.

2. From the drop-down list, select the destination warehouse.

3. Click the Create button.

5) Reviewing the Relocation Report

Once relocation is created, the system generates a Products Relocation Report in table format, containing:

  • Outgoing information block – shows from which warehouse the product was relocated, including Name, Model, Location, and Quantity.
  • Incoming information block – shows to which warehouse the product was relocated, including Name, Model, Location, and Quantity.

6) Printing the Relocation Report

  • If necessary, click the Picklist button to print the Products Relocation report.
