Managing Purchase Report

This manual explains how to install, configure, and use the Purchase Report module to track and analyze sales volumes in your store.

1) Module Installation

  1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
  2. Go to App Shop → Store.
  3. Use the Quick Search to find the Purchase Report module.
  4. Install the module on your website.

2) Accessing the Purchase Report

  1. Once installed, go to Reports → Purchase Report.
  2. The Customer Purchase Report page will open.

3) Filtering Report Data

In the Filter section, you can customize report results using the following options:

  • Sales Channels – check the boxes next to required sales channels.
  • Customers – search by name or email, and filter by customer type (repeat, new, or all).
  • Products – search by product name, model, or manufacturer.
  • Shipping – filter by shipping address, suburb, country, city, state, or postcode.
  • Date Range – select dates from the drop-down calendar, or use pre-defined options such as 1 month, 3 months, etc.

4) Viewing Charts

The module allows you to track sales volumes with charts displaying:

  • Total orders count
  • Total orders amount
  • Average order amount

5) Working with the Data Table

Below the charts, a comprehensive table displays customer purchase details. The table includes:

  • Customer name and email
  • Shipping address details (address, suburb, country, city, state, postcode)
  • Customer type (repeat, new, or all)
  • Total orders count
  • Total orders amount
  • Average order amount

Each column can be sorted by clicking ▲ or ▼ icons.

6) Exporting Reports

  • To export a customer purchase report to a CSV file, click the Export button.

7) Adjusting Display Settings

  • For convenience when working with large datasets, you can set how many records appear per page by selecting the desired number from the drop-down list.
