Managing Purchase Report

This manual explains how to install, configure, and use the Purchase Report module to track and analyze sales volumes in your store.

In the Filter section, you can customize report results using the following options:

Sales Channels – check the boxes next to required sales channels.
Customers – search by name or email, and filter by customer type (repeat, new, or all).
Products – search by product name, model, or manufacturer.
Shipping – filter by shipping address, suburb, country, city, state, or postcode.
Date Range – select dates from the drop-down calendar, or use pre-defined options such as 1 month, 3 months, etc.

Below the charts, a comprehensive table displays customer purchase details. The table includes:

Each column can be sorted by clicking ▲ or ▼ icons.

6) Exporting Reports

To export a customer purchase report to a CSV file, click the Export button.

7) Adjusting Display Settings

For convenience when working with large datasets, you can set how many records appear per page by selecting the desired number from the drop-down list.
