Managing Status Groups

This manual explains how to manage status groups in your store, including creating, editing, deleting, and configuring them.

1) Accessing Status Groups

  1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
  2. Navigate to Settings > Orders Status > Status Groups.

2) Filtering Status Groups

Use the dropdown menu to filter status groups by status type.

3) Managing Status Groups

1. To add a new status group, click New Orders Status Group.

2. To edit or delete an existing status group, select it and click the corresponding button.

4) Configuring a Status Group

When adding or editing a status group, you can configure the following options:

  • Status type: order or subscription.
  • Group name.
  • Status color.
  • Bind status group to order evaluation state:
    • Pending
    • Processing
    • Received
    • Dispatched
    • Delivered
    • Canceled
    • Partially Canceled
  • Temporarily pre-allocate order products (yes/no)
  • Force send Google Analytics (yes/no)
