Managing Stock By Manufacturer Report
This manual explains how to install, access, and use the Stock by Manufacturer Report to view and analyze product stock balances grouped by manufacturers in the admin area of your website.
1) Installation and Access
1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
2. Go to the App Shop and Store tabs.
3. Use Quick Search to find the Stock by Manufacturer Report module.
4. Install the module on your website.

2) Filtering Report Data
1. Navigate to Reports → Stock by Manufacturer.
2. In the Filter section, select the required Manufacturer from the drop-down list.
3. Enter a Product name in the corresponding field to narrow down the results.
4. Specify a date and time using the drop-down calendar to view stock data for a specific moment.
5. Enable the Supplier price option if you want to display supplier-related pricing:
- When enabled, Supplier product price and Supplier value columns are shown.
- When disabled, Product price and Value columns are displayed instead.
3) Understanding the Report Table
1. The report is displayed as a table with the following default columns:
- Product model
- Product name
- Product quantity
- Product price
- Value
2. Click the triangle icon in the Product model column to sort the data accordingly.
4) Exporting and Navigating Data
1. To export the report, click the Export button to download the data in CSV format.
2. To work more efficiently with large datasets, select the number of records displayed per page using the drop-down list at the bottom of the table.
Using the Stock by Manufacturer Report allows you to efficiently monitor inventory levels by manufacturer, analyze stock values, and export data for further processing or reporting.
