Managing Stock Indication

This manual explains how to configure and manage stock indications in your store.

Start with the short video to get familiar.

Use the following manual to explore the functionality in detail.


1) Access Stock Indication Settings

  1. Log in to the admin area of your website.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Stock Indication → Indication tabs.

2) Manage Stock Indications

Under this tab, you can:

  • Edit existing stock indications.
  • Delete stock indications you no longer need.
  • Insert new stock indications.
  • Use the Drag and Drop function to change the sort order of indications on the listing page.
  • Use the Quick Search feature to search for stock indications by name.

3) Add or Edit Stock Indications

When adding or editing a stock indication, you can configure:

  • Name of the indication.
  • Stock group: out of stock, in stock, EOL, pre-order.
  • Allow checkout (yes/no).
  • Allow Add to Cart (yes/no).
  • Show back in stock notification (yes/no).
  • Request for Quote (yes/no).
  • Is Hidden (yes/no).
  • Disable product when last sold (yes/no).
  • Set “Stock Availability by Qty” on last qty sold (yes/no).
  • Always display or hide price.
  • Hide price with zero.
  • Apply to Physical / Virtual / All products.
  • Set as Default (yes/no).
  • Assign stock delivery terms.

4) Confirm Changes

After configuring stock indications, return to the product catalog to verify that:

  • The correct stock status appears for products.
  • Any restrictions (e.g., checkout or Add to Cart limitations) are applied as expected.
  • Pricing and visibility settings display correctly on the frontend.
