This manual explains how to monitor and export data on orders that are currently being processed using the Temporary Stock Report module.

The manual below explains everything step by step.
1) Access the Temporary Stock Report Module
- Log in to the admin area of your website.
- Navigate to the App Shop → Store tabs.
- Find the Temporary Stock Report module using the quick search, and install it on your website.
2) Open the Temporary Stock Report
- After installation, go to the Reports → Temporary Stock Report tabs.
- Under this tab, you can view the temporary stock reports displayed as tables with the following columns:
- Date Added – displays the order’s added date.
- Quantity – shows the product quantity in the order.
- Model – product model.
- Product Name – the name of the product.
- Warehouse – indicates the warehouse location.
- Customer Name – displays the customer’s name.
- Order Number – order identification number.
- Action – provides the option to delete an order.
3) Use Additional Functions
- To export temporary stock reports to a CSV file, click the corresponding button.
- To release all temporary stock data, use the available button.
- Use the Quick search field to find products by name efficiently.
4) Adjust Record Display
For convenient work with a large number of records, set the number of records displayed per page by selecting the desired value from the drop-down list.
You can now successfully monitor, export, and manage temporary stock data for all ongoing orders using the Temporary Stock Report module.
